Our Goal

The American Business School of Milan (ABSM) is proud to launch the Female Leadership Program aimed at African and international female university students, with the goal of training future leaders and contributing to the social and economic development of their home countries while enriching ours with an international perspective and diverse personalities. The program offers full scholarships for a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at our prestigious institution, with a particular focus on two strategic areas: “Empowerment of African Women – in support of the Mattei Plan for Research and Higher Education (MUR)” and “Women in STEM – Ambassadors of Made in Italy”. These programs aim to promote inclusion, diversity, and innovation, providing participants not only with excellent training but also with a platform to become agents of global change.

EMPOWERMENT OF AFRICAN WOMEN

Support and Mentorship

Each student will participate in a mentoring program that will pair her with leaders from the Italian and international sectors, providing cultural and academic guidance. Participants will have access to a vast network of contacts and internship opportunities with prominent companies.

Post-gratuation goals

After completing the program, graduates will be encouraged to become agents of change in their own country, using the skills learned to promote economic and social growth.

Train ambassadors of Made in Italy

Prepare women to become leaders in the international business world and to represent Made in Italy in various sectors.

Increase the presence of women in leadership roles in scientific and technological fields, supporting gender equality.

The program seeks the support of Italian and international companies active in the technological, scientific and manufacturing sectors, which will sponsor scholarships and provide networking and internship opportunities.

Mentoring program

Participants will have access to a mentorship program that will connect them with experts from the Made in Italy sector, giving them the opportunity to learn from Italian business leaders operating in international markets.

Post-gratuation goals

The graduates of the MBA program will become Ambassadors of Made in Italy, tasked with promoting the quality, innovation, and creativity of Italian business worldwide, especially in the STEM fields.
