The American Business School of Milan is founded on an on-demand approach, and has been built by companies for companies, by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. 

 

80% of the curriculum will be designed directly by business leaders, entrepreneurs and managers, based on the contingent needs of the productive world. Only 20% will be reserved for academic contributions, ensuring a practical and market-oriented education.

 

The curricula will be continuously updated, reflecting real-time market changes. 

Our Advisory Board, composed of industry experts and business leaders, will constantly redesign the programs to ensure that our students are always on the cutting edge.

Why invest in training your employees at the American Business School of Milan

In addition to cost deductibility, companies can finance their employees’ participation in the courses by accessing interprofessional funds.

Article 54 of the TUIR, paragraph V permits full deductibility up to a limit of Euros 10,000 for expenses incurred for the enrolment in Masters and training courses, i.e., professional refresher courses, and the costs of enrolment in conferences and congresses, provided that, ex ante, costs incurred for VAT purposes comply with the training activities and are instrumental to the professional activity performed.

In accordance with Article 100 of the TUIR, paragraph I, expenses related to works and services that can be used, in general, by employees or categories of employees, for the specific purposes of education, instruction, reception, and health care or worship, are deductible for a total amount not exceeding the 5/1000 of the amount of the expenses for employee services shown in the tax return.

The regulatory provision introduced by Law no. 388 of 2000 states that companies can allocate the 0.30% share of contributions paid to INPS (National Social Security Institute) to one of the Interprofessional Joint Funds (there are 22 recognized by the Ministry), using the available Uniemens form.

Companies that establish a partnership with ABSM receive a subsidized fee reserved for their employees and their respective families.
