Empowering Human Resources in a Changing Landscape

The Master in People, Organization and Culture is dedicated to the development of human resources in this new context. Companies face challenges such as remote working, employee welfare, diversity management and inclusion. This course will provide the necessary skills to manage and develop human capital in a post-pandemic environment, ensuring effective reorganization of production and business systems. It will be essential to create resilient, flexible and future-oriented working environments.

Originally from Naples, she graduated in Sociology at Sapienza University in Rome. She joined BAT over 10 years ago as Junior HR Business Partner, growing to manage HR in Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Israel (2017-2019). Returning to Rome, she became Senior HR BP for Southern Europe. She has a key role in the Trieste Innovation Hub and, since 2023, has been Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion and a member of the BAT Italia Board of Directors.
